HKS welcomes Angela back to the kitchen for a new class! Join us in this hands-on experience and master the art of flaky pastries to elevate your Pop-Tarts game! Learn to make pastry dough and create two delicious flavors: Strawberry and Brown Sugar Cinnamon. Angela will guide you through the process of making the dough, the fillings and the frostings, plus share tips and tricks to answer any baking queries. Get ready for a fun and tasty time while ditching those boring toaster treats! Light snacks will be served. Recipes included. Tickets are priced per person.

MEET THE BAKER

Angela Korbe is a self-taught baker specializing in custom cakes, cookies, and macarons. She is a self-proclaimed pie lady and a hobby sourdough bread baker as well. When not in the kitchen, you’ll find her outdoors with her family, teaching ceramics at the local community center, or in her garden. 
She is the owner and baker of Wildflour’s Kitchen. She started her business in 2020 out of a combination of an art degree and a passion for baking. What started as a sourdough bread business has bloomed into highly detailed baked goods for special events.
