WINE SALES SPECIALIST
Honeycomb Kitchen Shop will offer a curated selection of wines from around the world, with a focus on craftsmanship, education, and community. We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Wine Sales Specialist to join our team and help our customers discover the perfect bottle.

- 25-30 hours per week
- Evenings and some weekends required

Responsibilities:
- Provide warm, knowledgeable, and personalized customer service.
- Assist customers in selecting wines based on their tastes, needs, and occasions.
- Share product knowledge, including wine styles, regions, pairings, and trends.
- Maintain a clean, well-organized, and inviting retail space.
- Process sales transactions and assist with inventory management.
- Support team goals and contribute to creating a welcoming environment.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Passion for wine and hospitality; prior wine knowledge or industry experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Willingness to learn about wine, regions, and producers.
