Join Helen in our HKS Kitchen for another Farm to Fork cooking class featuring seasonal produce!  Learn how to utilize vegetables and fruits from farmers market finds or even your own garden with Helen's tried and true recipes. The focus for this class- Strawberries! Rich in vitamin C and other antioxidants, strawberries are oh so delicious when in season.  Participants will be greeted with Helen's unique Strawberry Guacamole served with pita chips and a soon to be famous Boozy Strawberry Milkshake (for those of age). In the hands on portion, participants will make a Strawberry Vinaigrette from scratch to enjoy with a seasonal salad. Then create a delicious Strawberry Chocolate Tart. Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person.

MEET THE CHEF:

Helen Lampkin, woman of faith, devoted wife, mother and grandmother, lives an inspired “no ordinary” life based on the words found in Colossians 3:23 – “do all things wholeheartedly to the Lord.” This inspiration is at the heart of all she does and has led her to become an entrepreneur (founder of My Brother’s Salsa), artist, adventurous cook, recipe developer/writer, food stylist, and blogger.  You can follow Helen on instagram @helenstable
