You scream, I scream, we all scream for Ice Cream Sandwiches! Join Elisha in the HKS kitchen to recreate this beloved childhood summer time snack with a fresh twist.  Here’s the scoop: Guests will craft fudgy, flourless Chocolate Cookies to serve as the foundation. Then they’ll whip up a luscious Roasted Cherry Sauce to swirl into her homemade ice cream. And to seal the deal- create a delicious Magic Shell to keep everything together! What could be better!? Light snacks will be served. Recipes will be included. Tickets are priced per person. This class is free of gluten and dairy.
