Join Chef Will Ross in the HKS Kitchen for another night of Nordic cuisine. Begin the evening with a traditional Danish treat - Smørrebrød, a tasty combination of crusty bread, savory spreads, rich rillettes, and tangy pickles. Then, get hands-on in the kitchen as Chef Will prepares a hearty meal of Mørbradgryde served over Brunede kartofler. Don't speak Danish? No problem! We'll be whipping up a mouth-watering Pork Tenderloin stew coated in creamy sauce and served with crispy Caramelized Potatoes. This classic Danish dish combines juicy pork, sweet cream, tangy tomatoes, bold spices, smoky bacon, and umami rich sautéed onions and mushrooms for a truly flavorful experience. And finish the night with a Lemon Curd Cheese Cake. Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person.

MEET THE CHEF
Will Ross began his adventures in food and beverage in 1986 as a grill cook at Jack in the Box in Dallas, TX. Since then, he has performed every job within the restaurant industry from dishwashing to ownership, as well as pursuing advanced studies in wine and cuisine. Ask his friends and they will tell you he knows a lot about libations, especially when he is drinking them! Will has enjoyed a career spanning decades, hosting presidents, celebrities, and most important, everyday folks. They mean the most to him. He has always maintained the philosophy that restaurants, food and wine are about people- create a good culture and a good product you will make guests out of customers and friends out of guests.
