Have you ever really taken the time to appreciate the true flavors of coffee? It's not just about taking a quick sip - it's about understanding how the coffee's growth, processing, roasting, and brewing all contribute to its unique taste. And did you know that pairing coffee with different foods can bring out even more flavors? Join Barista Extraordinaire Cyrenthia in the HKS kitchen as she teaches you the art of coffee tasting using a variety of fruits. This unique event will also include a cupping brewing lesson and a chance to try different coffees. And to top it all off, Cyrenthia will show you how to make a Coffee Limeade using a French Press. Plus enjoy a selection of meats, cheeses, and snacks during the class. Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person.

MEET THE INSTRUCTOR 

Cyrenthia -With over a decade of professional experience in the coffee industry, Cyrenthia also known as Ren, has cultivated her expertise. Her journey includes national competition in the Specialty Coffee Association's Coffee in Good Spirits, a coffee-based cocktail competition, which ignited her passion for cocktail creation. The proud author of the cocktail recipe book "Dirty Barista," Cyrenthia seamlessly blends her love for music with the art of drink making. She is currently finishing her second recipe book "Ren's Cocktail Bible" a growing collection of Ren's Cocktail Creations and Favorite cocktails, mocktails, coffee cocktails, syrups, and more.
