Embark on an Asian culinary journey with Chef Amanda! Get things started with the Sweet 'N Spicy Edamame appetizer while Amanda shares her secrets for throwing an unforgettable dinner party. During the interactive portion of the night, guests will create mouth-watering Korean Marinated Short Ribs paired with a scrumptious Sesame Bean Sprout Salad and rice. And for a sweet finale, indulge in Mango Mousse topped with delectable Black Sesame Crumble. Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person.

MEET THE CHEF:

Amanda Arafat is a Palestinian-American recipe-developer, chef, cottage baker, and organizer. As owner and baker of Amanda Makes she serves baked goods inspired by the seasons, nostalgia, and her upbringing in the Middle East. And as co-founder of Big Gay Market, she has found purpose in creating opportunities for advancement and support-building within the local LGBTQ+ community.

Amanda lives in Fayetteville with her partner Heath and their beloved cats.
