Brighten the mood of the blistering cold and grace your family's table with the tasty foods of winter. Join us in the HKS Kitchen for Helen's Winter Whites - a class that celebrates the best and brightest winter vegetables! Participants will begin class with a crisp and creamy appetizer of Endive with Goat Cheese and Honey and sip on a White Wine Sangria. Each participant will follow along hands-on as she instructs how to make a pot of Brothy White Bean Soup, Roasted Leeks, AND a Pear and Prosciutto Flatbread. These recipes will be sure to keep you warm this winter! Recipes will be provided.

MEET THE CHEF:

Helen Lampkin, woman of faith, devoted wife, mother and grandmother, lives an inspired “no ordinary” life based on the words found in Colossians 3:23 – “do all things wholeheartedly to the Lord.” This inspiration is at the heart of all she does and has led her to become an entrepreneur (founder of My Brother’s Salsa), artist, adventurous cook, recipe developer/writer, food stylist, and blogger.  You can follow Helen on instagram @helenstable
