with Helen Lampkin, founder of My Brother's Salsa

Roll up your sleeves and join Helen in our HKS Kitchen as she teaches you the world of tarts! She will guide you through the basics of crafting homemade tarts from crust to filling in this fun hands-on cooking class. Using fresh ingredients, participants will prepare a mushroom onion tart, tomato tart, and a show-stopping caramel pecan tart with shortbread crust.  Enjoy her Brunch Tart upon arrival!  Recipes will be provided.

MASK POLICY AT HKS:

Masks are encouraged but not required during our classes.  Please be advised in our new HKS kitchen, you may be working in small groups in a hands-on experience.

MEET THE CHEF:
