Join HKS for a delicious fusion of two of Chef Helen’s favorite cuisines. In this class Helen combines the flavors of Southwest United States with some southern comfort foods in a delicious way. The class starts with a Chicken Tamale Dip and a Tennessee Tea Cocktail for guests upon arrival. For the hands-on portion, Helen will teach guests how to make Crispy Chicken and Waffles with a Poblano Syrup. Then she will instruct participants to create a side of Collard Greens with a Southwest twist! This is sure to be your new favorite meal! Recipes will be provided.
