Discover the perfect recipe to elevate your next brunch event with Helen Lampkin in the HKS Kitchen. In this hands on experience, participants will learn from an amazing host and discover classy recipes that will impress your guests.  Begin the night with a BLT Salad upon arrival.  Then dive in as she instructs you to create one of her favorite brunch dishes, Helen's Breakfast Burger.  Helen will also teach participants how to create a French Toast Casserole.  To end the night, guests will get to brûlée grapefruits for a sweet, citrus bite! Enjoy sweet and savory flavors and discuss tips and tricks for hosting a brunch for your loved ones. Recipes will be provided.

MEET THE CHEF:

Helen Lampkin, woman of faith, devoted wife, mother and grandmother, lives an inspired “no ordinary” life based on the words found in Colossians 3:23 – “do all things wholeheartedly to the Lord.” This inspiration is at the heart of all she does and has led her to become an entrepreneur (founder of My Brother’s Salsa), artist, adventurous cook, recipe developer/writer, food stylist, and blogger.  You can follow Helen on instagram @helenstable
