During the holidays you need more than just the showstopper evening dinner recipes. You also need fan favorite snacks to entertain family and friends during your gatherings. In this class join Helen Lampkin, a hostess who thinks of everything, will be in the HKS Kitchen teaching elegant snack ideas for this season. First up, guests will be greeted with a Pomegranate Guacamole Dip with tortilla chips. In the hands on portion, follow Helen's instruction as she teaches participants to create BBQ Shrimp to enjoy with crusty bread. Then learn the secrets behind creating Helen's Cherry White Chocolate Bark for a sweet snack to round out the evening. Recipes will be provided.

Helen Lampkin, woman of faith, devoted wife, mother and grandmother, lives an inspired “no ordinary” life based on the words found in Colossians 3:23 – “do all things wholeheartedly to the Lord.” This inspiration is at the heart of all she does and has led her to become an entrepreneur (founder of My Brother’s Salsa), artist, adventurous cook, recipe developer/writer, food stylist, and blogger.
