It’s the most wonderful time of the year to celebrate together, and with this menu you can do just that- even those with special dietary needs! Join Chef Becky Miller as she instructs this delectable vegan class. Guests will enjoy Savory Delicata Rings with Candied Pecans paired with “Ice Saw Cranberry Kissing Champagne”cocktail to kick off the class. Participants will then dive in hands on to create Cambodian Winter Squash Curry with Seasoned Rice. Then Chef Becky will instruct you how to make her very own Holiday Spiced Baked Pears for the perfect end to the class.  Recipes will be provided.

While traveling around the world, Becky Miller developed a passion for food that is delicious, nutritious, and sustainable. Her goal became to share the importance of food with others and to build connections between our food, the planet, and our health. After arriving in Northwest Arkansas, Becky discovered her dream job teaching cooking and nutrition classes to kids at Apple Seeds, a non-profit teaching farm dedicated to garden-based nutrition education. Becky has made a home for herself there, helping low-income students across the region develop the skills and knowledge to make healthy (and delicious) choices and helping kids build confidence and life skills. Her passion is making food to fuel a full life without ever sacrificing flavor.
