Patrons will enjoy Helen's Avocado Stack Up Dip with Tortilla Chips upon arrival. During the hands on portion of the class, Helen will teach you how to make her famous Smoked Sausage Chili with Fire Crackers AND her Killer Brownies (So good, you may have to send a referee to the table!). Learn tips and tricks from Helen as she reveals some of her best party hosting secrets. Recipes will be provided.

MEET THE CHEF:
Helen Lampkin, woman of faith, devoted wife, mother and grandmother, lives an inspired “no ordinary” life based on the words found in Colossians 3:23 – “do all things wholeheartedly to the Lord.” This inspiration is at the heart of all she does and has led her to become an entrepreneur (founder of My Brother’s Salsa), artist, adventurous cook, recipe developer/writer, food stylist, and blogger.
