Hosting Easter can be a tricky task, but Helen has you covered! Let her show you how to have an elegance-filled bash with some of her delicious recipes. Dig into some Roasted Asparagus with Creamy Hollandaise and Parmesan Crumbs, and 'Sweet Enough' Southern Tea on arrival. Then for the hands-on portion of the class, Helen will instruct how to make Grilled Lamb Lollipops with Plum Sauce and Creamy Polenta (dish sure to impress on your dinner table). But make sure to save room for dessert! Helen will also share her soon to be famous Lemon Ice Box Pie. Recipes will be provided.

MEET THE CHEF:
Helen Lampkin, woman of faith, devoted wife, mother and grandmother, lives an inspired “no ordinary” life based on the words found in Colossians 3:23 – “do all things wholeheartedly to the Lord.” This inspiration is at the heart of all she does and has led her to become an entrepreneur (founder of My Brother’s Salsa), artist, adventurous cook, recipe developer/writer, food stylist, and blogger.
