with Chef Garyn and Mia of Cura Culinary
You may have already dined with Cura Culinary at one of their pop-ups around Northwest Arkansas - well, now they are sharing their techniques for forging Northern Italian cuisine at HKS! In the second class of this series, we will focus on the Piedmont region of Italy. Guests will enjoy Bagna Cauda (a traditional Italian dipping sauce) with Veggies as an appetizer on arrival. For the hands-on portion of the class, participants will roll, cut, and fill pasta to create Agnolotti del Plin, an iconic Piedmont dish. Chef Garyn will also lead guests through making a Beef Pan sauce that you will reduce and serve alongside the handmade pasta. Mia has also paired this pasta entree with a complimentary glass of Borolo that will be served with dinner. Recipes will be provided.
*All class ticket sales are final. No refunds or credit transfers to other classes are available.*
