You may have already dined with Cura Culinary at one of their pop-ups around Northwest Arkansas - well, now they are sharing their techniques for forging Northern Italian cuisine at HKS! In the first class of this series, we will focus on the Lombardy region of Italy. Guests will enjoy Toasted Polenta with Gorgonzola and Bresaola as an appetizer on arrival. One of the traditional dishes of the region is Risotto ala Milanese (flavored with white wine and saffron). Making risotto may seem like a daunting endeavor, but, under Chef Garyn's direction, guests will be able to master this wonderfully creamy dish. Mia has specially selected a Chardonnay to pair with this comforting entree . Recipes will be provided.
