During the hands-on portion of class, Max will teach you how to transform a traditional philly cheesesteak into an awesome Philly Cheesesteak Soup and a fully loaded Ultimate Cornbread Casserole. These recipes will keep you cozy and content all winter long. Recipes will be provided.

MEET THE CHEF
Montana Max is an award winning Pitmaster and Chef. Competing and garnering awards in barbecue competitions, Steak Cookoff Association, Culinary Fight Club and World Food Championships, Max has honed his craft at competitions across the country. Born and raised in Big Sky Country and exploring the world, Max has a unique take on recipes and flavors fusing different ingredients and style. Max is accompanied by his partner in life and food, Kansas City Jen, and the two have been taking the food scene by storm.
