Weekend morning breakfasts in many parts of the South are not complete without hot biscuits and Chocolate Gravy. With the deliciousness of warm chocolate pudding, this pan of creamy chocolate sauce represents comfort food at its most decadent. Easy to prepare, we predict there will be no leftovers!

Ingredients: Evaporated Cane Sugar, Unbleached Wheat Flour, Cocoa processed with Alkali, Less than 2% of Natural and Artificial Vanilla Flavoring. Contains: Wheat.

1 bag Chocolate Gravy Mix
1 1/3 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 cups milk
In medium bowl place chocolate gravy mix and milk. Stir until lumps disappear. Melt butter over medium heat in skillet. Slowly add gravy and milk mixture, stirring constantly until mixture reaches desired thickness, remove from heat. Serve chocolate gravy over hot biscuits, toast, ice cream, or plain cake. Yield: about 8 servings.
