Bring in the new year with some upscale libations that are sure to please a crowd! HKS is pleased to have Morgan back in The Kitchen teaching us how to up our cocktail game. Guests will get to explore the tools, techniques, and flavor profiles necessary to become an excellent bartender and host for your next gathering. Participants will make three different cocktails from start to finish with Morgan's instruction. She will review beginner, intermediate, and advanced techniques during class. Morgan will also share her expertise about cocktail ratios, different mixing tools, and garnishes. A grazing board of meats, cheeses, and accoutrements will be provided as well. Come develop the skills to mix, shake, and create truly unique drinks! Must be 21 or older to attend this class. Recipes will be provided.

MEET THE MIXOLOGIST
Morgan Shortt - a Fayetteville native with a decade of experience in the hospitality industry. From diver bars to 5 star hotels, she's worked within a full spectrum of beverage service. She has been an ambassador and events director for pH Alchemy since 2020 where she has grown to be a multifaceted human being with a passion for flavor! Morgan's goal is to foster confidence in anyone that wants to make an elevated and complex beverage at home using a delicious, thoughtfully crafted local product.
