Grab your brunch buddy and your favorite PJ's and join us in our HKS Kitchen for a cozy evening of cooking and eating yummy recipes from the one and only Montana Max! In the winter months, brunch is sometimes best served at home and Max will have you ready to whip up some great brunch dishes this season. Guests will enjoy his handcrafted Mimosas and Mini Pancakes upon arrival. Then in the hands on portion, participants will make Spinach Bacon Ricotta Pie - all the quintessential ingredients for a great brunch. To finish the night, Max will instruct how to create Pumpkin French Toast Sticks because it's not a brunch without some French toast. Make sure to bring your appetites. Recipes will be provided.

MEET THE CHEF
Montana Max is an award winning Pitmaster and Chef. Competing and garnering awards in barbecue competitions, Steak Cookoff Association, Culinary Fight Club and World Food Championships, Max has honed his craft at competitions across the country. Born and raised in Big Sky Country and exploring the world, Max has a unique take on recipes and flavors fusing different ingredients and style. Max is accompanied by his partner in life and food, Kansas City Jen, and the two have been taking the food scene by storm.
