Leap day only happens once every four years, so let’s make it special with some Bloody Mary Magic with Chef Helen! We all love a good Bloody Mary, but you can only have so many cocktails. Well I have some good news for you, Helen will share some of her Bloody Mary inspired dishes. Guests will start out with a Shrimp Cocktail and an array of Helen's favorite Bloody Mary accouterments at the Bloody Mary bar. Then for the hands-on portion Helen will guide you in making a savory Bloody Mary Bisque topped with Charred Corn, you’ll even make Grilled Cheese Soldiers to dunk in the soup! Guests will also whip up a Bloody Mary Vinaigrette to dress a fresh tossed salad that will make even non salad lovers drool. So come celebrate this extra day with HKS and Helen. Must be 21 years or older for this class. Recipes will be provided.

MEET THE CHEF:
Helen Lampkin, woman of faith, devoted wife, mother and grandmother, lives an inspired “no ordinary” life based on the words found in Colossians 3:23 – “do all things wholeheartedly to the Lord.” This inspiration is at the heart of all she does and has led her to become an entrepreneur (founder of My Brother’s Salsa), artist, adventurous cook, recipe developer/writer, food stylist, and blogger.
