with Helen Lampkin, Founder of My Brother's Salsa
Interested in adding more salads into your life with delicious dressings that aren't chalk full of additives and excess sugar?? So do we! We are delighted to have Helen Lampkin in the HKS Kitchen to get our new year started off in a great way with Best Dressed Salads. In this hands-on class, participants will build multiple salads with a focus on making dressings from scratch. Learn how easy it can be and how versatile different dressings really are...no more of that store-bought stuff! Enjoy Artichoke & Roasted Red Pepper Salad with a Sherry Vinaigrette, Mediterranean Tabouleh, Meatless Taco Salad with Creamy Catalina, and Grapefruit Citrus Salad with a White Balsamic dressing. Recipes will be provided.
