with Helen Lampkin, founder of My Brother's Salsa
Winter time doesn't mean all your meals have to be super heavy on the meat and potatoes. Join us in the HKS kitchen for this beautiful and scrumptious winter white class featuring recipes that are light, bright, and delightful on your table. Helen will start you off with a white wine spritzer to get your tastebuds going. Each participant will follow along hands-on as she instructs how to make Roasted Pears with Olive Oil and Goat Cheese; Pear, Endive, and Walnut Salad with a White Balsamic Vinaigrette; and Cauliflower & White Bean Soup with Cheese Crostini. Finish of the night with a White Chocolate Ice Cream! This is a great way to change up your winter meals or impress at your next dinner party. Recipes will be provided.
*All class ticket sales are final. No refunds or credit transfers to other classes are available.*
