HKS is excited to host our very first chicken dinner cooking class led by chef and cookbook author, Erin Rowe. In this class you will learn the best ways to create buttermilk fried, oven baked, and Nashville Hot chicken! Chef Erin will show you how to master each recipe as well as discuss tips and techniques to use so your chicken comes out perfect every time. No more over-cooked, dried out chicken or worrying if the chicken is actually done...we will teach you how to know when it is the optimal temperature. Chef Erin will also cook up some southern-style biscuits during class. Each participant will enjoy each dish and recipes will also be provided.
