with Chef Case Dighero of Edible Culture
Join Edible Culture creator and Citiscapes Magazine food editor Chef Case Dighero as he leads you through an incredible evening focusing on understanding and connecting with nature and the food it provides. An avid outdoorsman himself, Chef Case wants to expand the typical view and opinion of what is possible for wild game in this interactive cooking class. Participants will enjoy a spread of different homemade jerkies made from a selection of duck, goose, and/or venison along with Chef Case's "Deer Camp Hooch" cocktail upon arrival. In the hands on portion of the class, guests will learn to make Smoked Trout Cakes served with Korean BBQ sauce and Venison & Wild Boar Bolognese served over Amish Egg Noodles. Hunters want to get the most out of their hard earned harvest, why not learn some ways to spice up your wild game dishes! Finish the night off with a Cast Iron Winter Berry Crisp for dessert- there's nothing like using up all the food you forage. Recipes will be provided.
*All class ticket sales are final. No refunds or credit transfers to other classes are available.*
