Spring is in the air and HKS is celebrating the best way we know how, with food! In this spring themed class, Heather Artripe of Ozark Natural Foods will be making some delightful recipes that burst with fresh light flavors. She will show you how to make an herby spring potato salad, a pappardelle pasta with mushroom ragu, grilled spring onions with romesco, and an asparagus salad with cured egg yolks and bacon. And the grand finale...a speckled malted coconut cake (think a giant Robin's egg!) Recipes will be provided.
