Harvest time is nearing for Hatch Green Chiles and you won’t want to miss out!  Join Helen Lampkin, founder of My Brother's Salsa and Helen's Table, back in the HKS Kitchen as she takes you on a journey through New Mexican Cuisine and shares her vast knowledge of this iconic southwestern chile. Helen will teach how to roast these hatch chiles as well as freeze for later use so you can enjoy their flavors year-round. Participants will enjoy Green Chile Queso and then dive in and create Beef Sliders with Chile Sauce/Gravy and Caldito (a staple in New Mexico) in the hands-on portion of the class.  Recipes will be provided.

MEET THE CHEF:
