Please join us along with Chef Brent Hale for our very first sausage making class at HKS!  Chef Hale is a master of meat and will lead participants in this hands on class as they learn to create homemade sausage.  We will review necessary tools and techniques in order to master this process in your own kitchens.  Learn about meat quality, grinding and prepping, spices, casing the sausages, and then cooking them up to enjoy.  Recipes and instructions will be provided.
