Helen Lampkin, founder of My Brother's Salsa, welcomes you to her table and the HKS kitchen to learn the basics of salsa making and answer all your salsa questions! Together we will learn about different chiles commonly used in salsa, how to handle chiles, and create three different salsas: pico de gallo, roasted salsa, and salsa verde. You will then get to roast chiles on our stovetop! Helen will griddle up some fresh tortillas for you to enjoy your salsa with at the end of class. Recipes and instructions will be provided.
