We are excited to have Heather Artripe, head instructor at Ozark Natural Foods, back in our HKS kitchen as she takes you through pickling and preserving some of the tastiest summer veggies. Heather will show you some of her tried and true pickling and canning recipes and explain matching spices, vegetables, and brines. You'll leave with a knowledge of how to make quick pickles and canned tomatoes as well as jams and jellies. Each participant will create their own jar of quick pickles to take home. Recipes will be provided.
