Growing and using hardy perennial herbs is an excellent way to get fresh flavors in your meals even in the heart of winter.   In this hour and a half class, we’ll discuss and taste test multiple herbs and review tips for growing, using, and storing these flavor rock-stars.  The class will include demo and taste testing of easy recipes for compound herb butters, infused sugars, and more. Recipes will be provided. This class, taught by Honeycomb Kitchen Shop co-owner Dana Smith, is part of the Field to Fork series - shorter classes focused on a single food and filled with tips and techniques for using seasonal, local ingredients in your everyday cooking.
