Montana Max is back in our HKS Kitchen to chill things down with flavorful recipes all designed to beat the summer heat.  Participants will enjoy Summer Shrimp Ceviche as they arrive and then learn to make Berrylicious Gazpacho and Chicken Spring Rolls in the hands on portion of the class.  Max will teach how these fresh "chilled" ingredients are not only good for summer time, but can be made in big batches for entertaining at backyard BBQ's or big family gatherings! Recipes will be provided.  Must be 21 to attend this class.

MEET THE CHEF

Montana Max is an award winning Pitmaster and Chef.  Competing and garnering awards in barbecue competitions, Steak Cookoff Association, Culinary Fight Club and World Food Championships, Max has honed his craft at competitions across the country. Born and raised in Big Sky Country and exploring the world, Max has a unique take on recipes and flavors fusing different ingredients and style. Max is accompanied by his partner in life and food, Kansas City Jen, and the two have been taking the food scene by storm.
