Join us for this fun hands-on class that allows young chefs and their parents to work together in the kitchen. Together we'll make rolled sushi using a makisu (sushi mat), a tasty dipping sauce, and fortune cookies. Basic kitchen safety, knife skills, cooking techniques and tools will all be covered during this class. Ticket price includes one child and one adult. For youths ages 7-12. All recipes will be provided.
