HKS is very excited to partner with both Big Sexy Food and Markham & Fitz to bring you a savory and decadent cooking class featuring gourmet chocolate. You will learn recipes from cocktails to appetizers and desserts all featuring Markham & Fitz's delicious bean to bar chocolates. Chef Brent Hale will feature chocolate in three savory recipes so you will see how versatile chocolate can be. In the hands on portion of the class, each participant will make their own chocolate cocktail and truffles for dessert. You will enjoy Chef Brent's street taco mole, chocolate vinaigrette salad with cocoa nibs, and chocolate coffee rubbed pork loin. This class is the perfect way to amp up your holiday meals. Recipes will be provided.
