with Executive Chef Alain Lemaire

We are so excited to have Chef Alain Lemaire from Ft. Lauderdale, FL as a guest chef in our HKS Kitchen to feature a cooking class on Caribbean Cuisine!  With Chef Alain's experience on cooking shows on the Food Network and Discovery+ as well as his knowledge as an executive chef for his very own catering company, participants are sure to learn a few new culinary tricks in the kitchen!  In this class guests will enjoy Benyen (banana beignets) and Ti Rum Punch upon arrival to get the tropical flavors flowing. Then in the hands-on portion each person will make Pwason Gwo Sel (Braised Snapper or Grouper with citrus and spicy peppers) over Couscous paired with a little flavor from the south Maple & Bacon brussel sprouts.  Recipes will be provided.

*All class ticket sales are final. No refunds or credit transfers to other classes are available.*
