with Helen Lampkin, Founder of My Brother's Salsa featuring Neal Family Farm Blueberries
Making things from scratch can be intimidating, but it doesn't have to be with a few easy techniques and skills you can learn with Helen Lampkin in our HKS Kitchen! Join us as Helen focuses on the skills of creating and baking biscuit dough from scratch as well as making blueberry jam from the freshest local blueberries from right here in NWA. In this fully hands on class, participants will make golden buttermilk biscuits that rival the best grandma's recipe, blueberry jam, and a spicy tomato jam to eat with the biscuits or to take home and enjoy with family. Recipes will be provided.
*All class ticket sales are final. No refunds or credit transfers to other classes are available.*
