An authentic risotto is a deliciously-creamy, Italian rice dish and can be made with very few ingredients or can be transformed into something quite elaborate. Please join us along with Troy Johnson of Fresh Harvest Tasting Room to learn how to conquer making risotto on your very own. Troy will not only discuss the history of risotto and the type of rice used, but will also show you how to make a vegetarian and a meat risotto dish. Each participant will also enjoy an Olive Oil Tasting 101 as a special treat during the class. Recipes will be provided.
