Ciao Bella! It's time to visit Italy on our culinary tour around the world with Chef Erin Rowe. Taste prosciutto wrapped asparagus, bruscetta, pasta with garlic butter shrimp and a chocolate mousse. Chef Erin will discuss tips and techniques to prepare each Italian dish and participants will get to enjoy everything created that evening. Recipes will be provided. Around the World is a new series from HKS and Chef Erin Rowe. Each month we will visit a new country from across the globe to dive into. Enjoy one class or do them all to increase your knowledge about world cuisines!
