with Chef Case Dighero of Edible Culture

In this unique interactive class you will learn to work with aphrodisiacs that not only seduce your palate but also your nose, eyes, ears, hands, and (most importantly) your mind. Join Edible Culture creator and Citiscapes Magazine food editor Chef Case Dighero as he teaches you all about sexy dishes that just might get you lucky...or at least well-fed! Chef Case will begin class with serving Figs on Toast with a Kasundi relish paired with Pink Champagne Float to cleanse your palate.  In the hands on portion of the class, guests will make Chardonnay Asparagus with a Walnut Crema, Truffle Oil, and Parmigiano - all ingredients to rev your engines!  Next Chef Case will provide instruction on creating Ginger Spritz Oyster and Scallop Tartare, a ceviche style dish that creates a most delectable bite.  Class will finish a decadent touch of chocolate to send you off into the night - The Essential Truffle. Recipes will be provided. Each ticket is for one individual.

*All class ticket sales are final. No refunds or credit transfers to other classes are available.*
