Chef Brent Hale of Big Sexy Food has several passions, one of them being pork! Join HKS as Chef Brent teaches about all things pork. From different parts of a pig and the proper ways to prep it to the best techniques to cook pork in a variety of different manners. This cooking class will feature dishes of pork belly, pork loin, and ribs each participant will enjoy. There is something for everyone in this class whether you are an experienced BBQ cook or just getting interested. Recipes will be provided for each dish.
