Chef Brent Hale of Big Sexy Food has several passions, one of them being pork!  Join HKS as Chef Brent teaches about all things pork.  From different parts of a pig and the proper ways to prep it to the best techniques to cook pork in a variety of different manners.  This cooking class will feature both demonstrations from Chef Brent and a hands-on experience working with pork. There is something for everyone in this class whether you are an experienced BBQ cook or just getting interested.  Recipes will be provided for each dish.

MASK POLICY AT HKS:

Masks are encouraged but not required during our classes.  Please be advised in our new HKS kitchen, you may be working in small groups in a hands-on experience.
