Skip the crowds this Valentine's Day and join us for a lovely evening of learning, community, and delicious surf and turf recipes in the HKS Kitchen in partnership with Montana Max. Grab your favorite human and celebrate with grilled shrimp and chorizo bites as you arrive to this class, the perfect bite of seafood and pork!  Then Max and Kansas City Jen will lead you hands on as you create Beef Ribeye Crostinis, a scrumptious dish to serve at any party or get together to impress your guests.  Next participants will make a full entree of Salmon with a Coriander Pesto over Couscous to complete this tasty night of surf and turf.  Recipes will be provided.

MEET THE CHEF

Montana Max is an award winning Pitmaster and Chef.  Competing and garnering awards in barbecue competitions, Steak Cookoff Association, Culinary Fight Club and World Food Championships, Max has honed his craft at competitions across the country. Born and raised in Big Sky Country and exploring the world, Max has a unique take on recipes and flavors fusing different ingredients and style. Max is accompanied by his partner in life and food, Kansas City Jen, and the two have been taking the food scene by storm.
