Return Policies

In-Store Purchases

Merchandise may be returned for store credit within thirty days of purchase with receipt. No returns will be accepted for purchases older than 30 days or without a receipt. There will be no accepted returns on any packaged food items.

Online Purchases

Returns for orders placed online will receive a full refund within thirty days of purchase. The customer will handle shipping charges for any online returns. Any damages or defects of products ordered online must be reported within 48 hours of receiving product in order to receive an in-store credit or replacement. Damaged or defective product must be returned by the customer at the expense of Honeycomb Kitchen Shop before a credit will be issued or a replacement sent.
